The pattadar passbook and title deed issued by the revenue authorities have been produced, which prima facie show that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the suit schedule property. The allegation is that the respondents are trying to interfere with the possession of suit land.
There shall be interim injunction as prayed for”.
