Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein in trying to distribute the petitioners plots viz plots Nos 107, 106, 101 & 102, 109, 103, 81 & 82, 75, 76, 83 & 84 and 92 in Sy.Nos. 11, 12, 13 of Surmaiguda (V) of Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District to the weaker Sections under the scheme of Indirama Gruha Pathakam as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents herein not to interfere with the petitioners possession over the above lands;
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI V. JITHENDER RAO, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Govt. Pleader for Revenue for the respondents, the Court made the following :
ORDER: Post on 28-08-2008 for instructions of the Government Pleader.
In the meanwhile, there shall be status quo obtaining as on today.
