The petitioner was proceeded against for disciplinary enquiry. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the Government has issued orders directing closure of the disciplinary proceedings as such. The writ petition hence would stand closed, leaving open the contentions of either parties.
