JUDGMENT / ORDER

The issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided by me in judgment dated 08.12.2014 in W.P.(C).No.13047 of 2009. Following the said judgment, therefore, this writ petition is allowed by declaring that the 1st respondent is not entitled to deduct tax at source on the interest amounts paid to the petitioner on maturity of the deposits made by the petitioner Bank to the 1st respondent.
