This writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the third respondent, dated 21.07.2017.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner applied for admission of B.Com., L.L.B in the third respondent college under sports quota. Since it was not given, the present writ petition.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on 29.07.2017 the petitioner got admission in the third respondent college in the course of B.com., L.L.B. under M.B.C quota. Hence, the petitioner is not interested to pursue this writ writ petition.
4. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
