Order:
This Company Application is filed for a direction to respondent No.1 to withdraw the complaint initiated against applicant No.2 and two workers vide letters, dated 30-12-2010, addressed to the Station House Officer, Nellore Rural P.S., and also to the Superintendent of Police, Nellore, in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.231.47 cents situated at Survey No.24 of Mettampadu Village, SPSR Nellore District, and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to interfere with the applicants’ peaceful possession thereof.
Today, this Court has passed a detailed order in Company Application Nos.576 of 2005 and 630 of 2014.
At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the parties agreed that in view of the said order, no further adjudication of this application, on merits, is needed.
Accordingly, this Company Application is disposed of as infructuous.
