This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 11.08.2021 in Case Crime No. 0472 of 2021, under Sections 363 and 366 I.P.C., police Station Ramgarh, District Firozabad.
Smt. Archana Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State-respondents submitted that the chargesheet has been filed in the present case on 19.9.2021 and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.This order has been passed in the presence of learned counsel for the respondent No. 4.
