Heard Sri Binod Kumar Vishwakarma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 23.8.2017 by which the District Magistrate directed the Sub Registrar not to register any sale-deed, which may be presented by Uvaish Khan @ Munna. The petitioner claims the it is a private property and District Magistrate has no authority to interfere but since the order is of August, 2017, we are not inclined to interfere with the same at this stage.
However, the petitioner's claim that he has filed a representation before the District Magistrate which is pending, in case any representation is pending against the order dated 23.8.2017, the same be considered and decided in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is finally
disposed of.
