The present application has been filed for substitution of the name of the applicant as Uttar Gujarat Vij Corporation Ltd. in place of Gujarat Electricity Board for the reasons mentioned in the application.
Heard learned advocate Mr. Sinha for the applicant and learned advocate Mr. Dayani for respondent No. 1.
In the facts and circumstances and considering the ground mentioned, the application deserves to be allowed. Prayer in terms of 6(B) is granted. The name of the applicant company is ordered to be substituted in place of Gujarat Electricity Board. Learned advocate Mr. Sinha shall carry out the necessary amendment within a week.
Rule is made absolute.
