Sri Rahul Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition as we are not inclined to interfere with the matter as it is writ large before the Consumer Forum where all these grounds can be raised and the judgment which is cited before us also may be pressed into service there.
He is permitted to withdraw this writ petition.
With the aforesaid observation, we dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn without going into the lis between the parties as it may come in the way of either of the parties.
