The petitioner has preferred this petition against the order dated 24.05.2017 passed by the Chief Information Commissioner, U.P., Lucknow.
The Chief Information Commissioner by the said order has issued direction to the U.P. Public Service Commission, Allahabad to show the answer books of the Revenue Officer Examination, 2014 to the respondent no. 4.
Sri G.K. Singh, Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner accepts that in view of the recent decision of the Supreme Court the Commission is liable to show the answer books, therefore, he has instructed the Commission and that answer books shall be shown to the respondent within a period of one month.
In view of the above statement of the counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of the writ petition expecting the Commission to show the answer books of the aforesaid examination to respondent no. 4 within a period of one month from today.
