This petition for writ is preferred on behalf of the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Sang, Kanpur Nagar through its Secretary Sri Gulab Singh.
In entire petition, nowhere it has been disclosed that whether the bye-laws of the Association permits to agitate any issue in public interest and further that whether Sri Gulab Singh has been authorized by the Committee of the Association to file the present petition for writ.
In view of non-availability of such authorization, we are not inclined to entertain this petition for writ. The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
