(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) In our view, looking to the issue involved in the main Letters Patent Appeal, the same is required to be decided finally.
Learned counsel appearing for the respective parties agreed that the appeal can be disposed of finally.
Learned counsel for the applicant assures the Court that he will proceed with the appeal on the date that may be fixed by this Court without fail.
Therefore, the Registry is directed to notify the main Letters Patent Appeal on admission board for final hearing on 20.6.2012.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant does not press present civil application.
Accordingly, present civil application is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
