JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing , the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to agitate the same before the appropriate forum. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted. In view of the R.MAHADEVAN, J.
sr endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to agitate the same before the appropriate forum. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P is closed.
