1. Heard Mr. Kharadi, learned advocate for the petitioner.
2. Present petition is preferred by the person who claims to be a victim in the communal riots of 2002. The petitioner claims that compensation in accordance with policy has yet not been paid. With such grievance present petition is preferred.
3. On previous occasion it was submitted that certain other similar petitions are filed for appropriate orders and directions. Therefore office was directed to list all similar petitions today, so that all petitions can be considered together.
4. Mr. Kharadi, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that today only few petitions are listed and other two petitions filed by his clients have not been listed. He also submitted that besides the said two petitions according to his information some other petitions also have not been listed for hearing today.
5. In this view of the matter Mr. Kharadi, learned advocate for the petitioner has requested that the petitions which are listed today for hearing may be adjourned to any other convenient date with direction to the registry to list all petitions together. He also requested that the petitioner may be permitted to supply a list of other similar petitions to the registry.
6. Having regard to the said request the petitions which are listed today i.e. SCA Nos. 12666 of 2011, 3409 of 2012 and 3434 of 2012 are adjourned to 17.7.2012. The petitioner is permitted to supply a list of other similar petitions in the Registry.
7. The office to take necessary action and ensure that all similar petitions along with this petition are listed for hearing on 17.7.2012.
