1. RULE.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service for respondents No.1 and 2. Learned Counsel, Mr.N M Kapadia waives service for respondents No.3. By consent and upon joint request, the petition is ordered to be listed for final hearing on 22/01/2013.
2. Necessary amendment shall be carried out in terms of the order dated 15/10/2012 in Civil Application No.10221 of 2012 and the name of learned Counsel Mr.P H. Pathak shall be shown for the party ordered to be joined by the aforesaid order.
