JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shri Upadyay, learned advocate appearing for petitioner submitted that the hearing is concluded but it was requested that the judgment be differed as the settlement was likely to be arrived at. However, there is no response from the workman and therefore, he submits that now there is no settlement and court may pass appropriate order.
