The petitioner has applied for purchase certificate before the respondent. This was registered as SM.1328/2013. The petitioner has approached this Court on account of the delay involved in considering the application. It is reported by the learned Government Pleader that large number of such applications are pending before the Tahsildar and the petitioner's application cannot be taken out of turn for consideration. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, therefore shall be a direction to the respondent to expedite the proceedings relating to SM.1328/2013 and pass appropriate orders within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
