Heard Sri Harsh Vikram, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel represents respondent nos.1 to 3 and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for dismissal of the present writ petition as withdrawn on the ground that there are some defect which can not be cured by moving amendment application.
Learned Standing Counsel has not made any objection with respect to the prayer as made by counsel for the petitioners.
Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh writ petition.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the counsel for the petitioners, as per law.
