JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the Writ Petition has already engaged attention of the Civil Court in an Original Suit.
In view of the aforesaid facts, we see no reason to continue the writ proceedings any further. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
