JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner challenges the declaration of result in respect of SET 2013. According to the petitioner, though the qualifying mark was 50% of the aggregate mark for paper-I and Paper - II , which has to be calculated in terms of Clause III of instructions after conducting the examination, one question was deleted. Petitioner got 49.8%. According to the petitioner no candidate could achieve 50% on account of the deletion of one question. As a result of which, the total marks come to 238.50. When the qualifying mark is 50% of the aggregate marks, necessarily the petitioner will have to get 50%. Since admittedly his mark is less than 50 %, he cannot be qualified. 2. In that view of the matter, I do not think that the petitioner has any legal grievance to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
Accordingly the same is dismissed.
