ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order dated 4- 2-2014 in I.A.No.972 of 2013 in O.S.No.238 of 2010 on the file of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Malkajgiri.
On 12-6-2014, no one appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, the case was adjourned. Even today, when the case is called, no one represented the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing its cause in the case.
The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP No.2209 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
