Chintan S. Popat learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner supplied a copy of the order dated 26.04.2012 passed by the competent authority of Nagar Prathmik Sikshan Samiti, Amreli and submitted that in view of the said order, these petitions shall not survive.

2. In view of the above statement, both the petitions stand disposed of, as having become infructuous. The copy of the order dated 26.04.2012 is taken on record. Liberty to apply in case of difficulty.
