JUDGMENT / ORDER

Both these petitions are directed against the orders dated 30.08.2011 passed by the Additional Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department, whereby the applications for grant of interim stay filed by the petitioners have been rejected during the pendency of the revision applications filed by them.
Mr.Kashyap R.Joshi, learned advocate for the petitioners, states that the petitioners would like to file applications for early hearing of the revision applications which may be directed to be considered by the revisional authority and the petitions may be disposed of with the above directions.
Upon the above statement being made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, the following order is passed:-
In the event that the petitioners file applications for early hearing of the revision applications filed by them within a period of four weeks from today, the Additional Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department, shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
The petitions are disposed of in the above terms, without entering into the merits of the case. Notice is discharged.
