JUDGMENT / ORDER

The endorsement on the Board indicates that Notices issued to respondents Nos.2 to 5 have not been received back, either served or unserved. Further, respondents Nos.4 and 5 have remained unserved as they are not residing at the given address. Mr.Kashyap R.Joshi, learned advocate for the petitioner, submits that he shall provide the correct addresses of respondents Nos.4 and 5 in the Registry within a period of one week from today. On receipt of the correct addressed, Registry shall issue fresh Notice to respondents Nos.4 and 5, making it returnable on 15.02.2012.
