Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners Urmila Yadav & Anr. with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for no to disturb the peaceful living.
Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners that no FIR has been lodged in the present case, it is directed that in case the petitioners are having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised before S.P. Basti who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
