The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the mutation case being Case No.T-201815510202777 (Urmila vs. Sarda Prasad) under section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Tehsildar (Judicial), Ghosi, District Mau may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.T- 201815510202777 (Urmila vs. Sarda Prasad) be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
