Heard Sri P.K. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.K.Verma, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondents no.2 to transfer the investigation of case crime No.992 of 2018, under Sections 376D, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Dhoomanganj, District Allahabad to another Police Station of District Allahabad and to ensure the fair investigation of aforesaid case and to record the statement of petitioner under section 164 Cr.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the informant of the present case and he has come up before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
Learned AGA opposed the aforesaid prayer and submitted that the present FIR has been lodged on 27.7.2018.
After having considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and from the perusal of the FIR, we do not find any good ground to transfer the investigation of the aforesaid case as the FIR has been lodged on 27.7.2018.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed at this stage with liberty to file fresh petition at an appropriate stage.
