When an order was passed on 29.06.2018 under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 the respondent nos. 3 and 4 filed a Recall Application on 09.07.2018.
The grievance of the petitioners is that pendency of the Restoration Application is giving a feeling of uncertainty to the petitioners and, therefore, they have made a prayer that the Restoration Application filed on 09.07.2018 be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Restoration Application filed on 09.07.2018 shall be decided within within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
