Heard Sri D.D. Kushwaha, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vinod Kant, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Sri B.P.S. Kachhawah and Sri Manoj Pandey, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-State.
On 19.08.2019 instructions was sought. Today, learned Standing Counsel has placed the instructions before the Court.
According to the instructions the petitioner has not made valid transfer of the vehicle in question as he has entered into a private agreement with respondent no.5 and had not surrendered the vehicle along with the necessary documents and only made an application.
We decline to interfere in this matter. However, it is open to the petitioner to apply for necessary relief before the authorities concerned by making an appropriate application under the relevant provisions and rules.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
