Heard the counsel for the petitioners.
It has been stated by the counsel for the petitioners that no action is being taken by the Block Development Officer, Block Manda, Tehsil Meja, District Allahabad and the Secretary, Village Panchayat, Village Baskadi, Block Manda, Tehsil Meja, District Allahabad, i.e., respondent nos. 3 and 4 on the application filed by the petitioners to get their name registered in the family register in place of their deceased father Shyam Lal even though the said application was filed on 16.4.2018.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Block Development Officer, Block Manda, Tehsil Meja, District Allahabad and the Secretary, Village Panchayat, Village Baskadi, Block Manda, Tehsil Meja, District Allahabad, i.e., respondent nos. 3 and 4 to dispose of the proceedings regarding entries in the family register instituted at the instance of the petitioners within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before them.
