Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Girish Vishwakarma, learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no. 2, Tehsildar, Tehsil Gola, District Gorakhpur be directed to decide Mutation Case No. 413/983 of 2015 as Computer Case No. T201805310701468 (Urmila Devi Vs. Dullabh), Case No. 414/984 of 2015 as Compurter Case No. T201805310701469 (Urmila Devi Vs. Dullabh) and Case No. 415/985 of 2015 as Computer ase NO. T201805310701470 (Urmila Devi Vs. Dullabh) under Section 34 of UP LR Act read with Section 35 of UP Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time.
This prayer is not opposed by the learned Standing counsel.
In view of such facts, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the aforesaid Mutation Case(s) of the petitioner on its own merits, if possible, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of computer generated copy of the order being passed today in PDF form strictly in accordance with law.
In above terms, the writ petition is disposed of.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
