Heard Shri Vivek Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Narendra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 4 and learned standing counsel for State - respondent no. 1.
The matter relates to correction of electric bill, in respect of which the petitioner has submitted an application dated 23.01.2020, which has not been disposed of till date.
Shri Tiwari submits that he shall endeavour to get the same decided, if the same has not been decided.
This writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Competent Authority to consider and decide the pending application dated 23.01.2020 by a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.
