The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that certain boundaries of plot no.315 were not clear. The petitioner has, therefore, made a prayer for demarcation of the aforesaid plot.
Learned Standing Counsel states if that is the case, the petitioner may file an application under section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Code').
Under such circumstances, it is directed that if the petitioner files an application under section 24 of the Code in consonance with Rule 22 of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016 within a period of 15 days from today along with a certified copy of this order, then after giving a number to it, the same shall be decided within a period of three months thereafter after hearing the parties concerned, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
