There is no clear cut evidence regarding service of certified copy of the Writ Court upon opposite party, and therefore, this Court is not inclined to proceed in contempt at this stage, but leaves it open to the applicant to serve certified copy of the order of the Writ Court upon opposite party by registered post, and if even after such service, decision in due compliance of the order of Writ Court is not taken, it shall be open to the applicants to approach this Court by way of fresh application.
The contempt application is disposed off accordingly.
