Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
By order dated 04.07.2019 the trial court has rejected the report of Survey Commissioner holding that survey of the suit land is not possible but it is open to the plaintiff to prove the physical state of the suit land by other modes and has fixed a date for final hearing.
In considered opinion of the Court the order impugned is purely interlocutory in nature and does not warrant scrutiny at this stage in exercise of supervisory power under Article 227 of the Constitution. It is left open to the petitioners to challenge the impugned order along with the final judgment passed in the suit.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
