The petitioner has approached before this Court praying for direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gahzipur to decide the Criminal Case No.
150 of 2015 (Urmila Vs. Uday Pratap) under section 125 Cr.P.c. P.s. Saidpur District Ghazipur within the stipulated period.
The argument is that application under section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending since 2015.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
