JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 40
Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 6863 of 2019 Petitioner :- Smt. Urmila Devi And Another Respondent :- Smt. Manjri Vadera And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Anil Kumar Singh Bishen Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,J.
The instant petition is directed against the concurrent findings of prima facie case, irreparable loss and injury, and balance of convenience recorded by the courts below while deciding application for temporary injunction in favour of the plaintiff- respondents in Original Suit No.933 of 2012 and Misc. Civil Appeal No.27 0f 2016.
Counsel for the petitioners is unable to assail these findings, as he could not point out any irregularity, illegality or perversity therein.
Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the suit may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
Accordingly, without interfering with the impugned orders, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously being of the year 2012, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
