The writ petition arises out of proceedings under Rule 285-I of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules.
The application was rejected by the Additional Commissioner, Kanpur Division, Kanpur on 21.09.2007 and the consequential revision has been dismissed by the Board of Revenue vide order dated 31.07.2018.
I have perused the orders impugned and and do not find any illegality therein.
The writ petition is devoid of merit and is therefore, dismissed.
