No one is present on behalf of the petitioner even in the revised list.
We have heard learned Standing Counsel and Sri Ajit Kumar Singh appearing for the respondents and have perused the record.
In the facts and circumstances of this case, we are of the opinion that the prayer made in this writ petition does not deserve to be granted in writ jurisdiction.
This writ petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
