On due consideration, the operation and implementation of the award dated 31.03.2010 as well as recovery order dated 17.06.2011 are hereby stayed subject to deposit of entire awarded amount by the petitioners in the Registry of this Court, within three weeks from today.
Learned counsel for the opposite party no.1 prays for and is granted three weeks' time for filing counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.
