Learned counsel for the appellant submits that agaisnt the award dated 22.2.2002 passed by VIth Additional District Judge/ Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Lucknow in claim petition no. 87 of 1998, the Insurance Company has also filed First Appeal From Order no. 343 of 2002 against the same judgment and award before this Court , as such both the appeals may be connected and heard together.
