JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Shri Dhirendra Nath Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellant.
This is an appeal of the U.P.S.R.T.C. against the award dated 8.7.2016 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Court No.7, District-Bareilly in Claim Petition No.394 of 2011 (U.P.S.R.T.C. Vs. National Insurance Company and others).
Issue notice to the respondents returnable within six weeks. The appellant shall take steps for service on the respondents within one week. All the respondents may file their counter affidavit within six weeks.
List thereafter.
