JUDGMENT / ORDER

Issue notice to respondent no. 1.
One of the contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the labour court has exceeded in exercise of its jurisdiction in setting aside the findings recorded by the punishing authority. Submission is that the labour court in such matters has got no jurisdiction to interfere. The matter requires consideration.
Till further orders, the effect and operation of the labour court award published on 19th December, 2011 shall remain stayed.
