JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Subhash Chand,J.
It is stated by Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the appellant that the proposal given by the respondent has to be dealt with highest level of the board for which some considerable time be granted for them.
List the matter on 22.10.2021 as this is Supreme Court expedited matter, we cannot grant more time as it is the appeal of the year 1985.
The parties shall remain present on 22.10.2021.
