2. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents in not extending the police aid for the purpose of demarcation and survey, which were proposed to be conducted with regard to the petitioner’s agricultural land admeasuring Ac.3-53 cents in Survey No.105/2, Kaghaznagar, Adilabad District, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
3. Learned government pleader, on instructions, submits that as per the requisition of the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Adilabad, the Station House Officer, Kaghaznagar Town Police Station, has provided protection to the Village Revenue Officer, Kaghaznagar and Assistant Engineer, Municipality, Kasghaznagar in demarcating the petitioner’s land after making an entry in the General Diary at page No.187 on 30.07.2014.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that demarcation and survey has already been conducted.
5. In view of that, nothing further survives for consideration.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
