Mr.
R.C. Jani, learned advocate for the petitioner states that the condition to reinstate the respondent workman as per the order passed by this Court (Coram: K.S. Jhaveri, J.) dated 20.3.2012 could not be complied with by the petitioner on account of non-availability of the concerned officer in the office. Mr. Jani, therefore, seeks further time of two weeks to comply with the said condition.
The request is accepted, however, on condition that if the respondent workman is not reinstated on or before 1.5.2012, the ad-interim relief granted earlier by this Court vide order dated 20.3.2012 shall automatically stands vacated. Adjourned to 1.5.2012.
