Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to seek amendment in the written statement already on record.
The prayer made is allowed.
The petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to seek amendment in the written statement.
It is clarified that this liberty should not be considered as expression of any opinion regarding entitlement of the petitioner to get the written statement amended.
In case any such application is filed, it shall be decided by the trial court on its own merit.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
