Heard Mr. Shree Prakash Giri, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Suryabhan Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 & 3 and Mr. Ramakant Singh, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 and 4.
The petitioners are before this Court for a direction to the respondent authorities to pay regular pay scale and increment admissible to them.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioners make fresh representation to the respondent No. 4-General Manager, Kishan Sahkari Chini Mills Limited Distillery Unit Ghosi, District Mau ventilating their grievances within two weeks, the authority would decide the same in accordance with law in further six weeks.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
