Similar petition has already been dismissed vide order of date passed in Writ Petition No. 6680 of 2021 (Phool Chand Yadav and others Vs.State of U.P. and others). It is further pointed out that the petitioner belongs to unreserved category whereas private respondents are OBC and Scheduled Caste candidates, as such no parity could be claimed by the writ petitioner from the private respondents.
For the reasons aforesaid, this writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
